As if working and being a mom isn't hard enough, there is weight to loose after a baby too! Here are some tips that are working for me (so far I have lost 32lbs with 28lbs to go - I'll keep updating as I loose more).
1. Focus on eating healthy, don't diet.
2. Drink plenty of water.
3. Workout 1 hour each day (I use my lunch hour to work out) - make it a goal to get your ability to move back (I'm working on running and am already up to running 32mins).
4. Be patient - expect to loose one pound a week, but remember this is a permanent and healthy expectation and will take time (especially if you're like me a blew up like a balloon during your pregnancy).
